About
Born and raised in the Czech Republic I started exploring physical activity at an early age trying multiple sports eventually becoming a professional athlete, being part of the Czech Republic Women’s National Ice Hockey team, representing my country for over 6 years. My journey led me to further inquiry about physical training and development eventually coming across Ido Portal and his approach in 2012. This encounter took me on a deep dive within movement culture for last 10 years studying both on-line and in person with Ido, his team and mentorship students around the world.

Ido Portal method (2013-2021)
In 2012 I came across a video of Ido Portal. Since my first event in 2013 till 2021 I’ve been studying intensively via online and in person events broader perspective on movement mainly through his teachings. Thanks to Ido I’ve also connected with one of his close students in Czech Republic – Petr Růžička, who became a dear friend, guide, and mentor in the last 6 years as I’ve been a part of his teachers group Pohyb je život.
After a month of Intensive study with Ido and his team at the end of 2021, I realized an internal change of direction with profound gratitude for the knowledge and teachings that was passed on in the last eight years under his wings.

Physiotherapy (2019-2025)
In 2019 I’ve graduated as BSc. in physiotherapy broadening my understanding of the human
body. Since I’ve been actively practicing as a clinical therapeutist under the wings of Phd. Michal Rukavička in his sport-clinic in the Czech Republic aiming to fuse and implement
tools from my practice into my treatments as well as finding ways to extract and convert
unique tools of manual therapy and rehabilitation into my teachings.
I’m certified practitioner of ART, DNS, IASTM, Visceral manipulation, Mobilization and manipulation techniques as well as Dry needling or Trigger point therapy. Currently I focus mainly on myofascial release followed by individualized rehabilitation programing – including wide tools from strength, mobility and self-release techniques to promote healing and to make sure we address the cause of the original problem.

Marcello Palozzo and Vienna Group (2021-2022)
In spring 2021 I’ve strated my online studies under the wings of teacher and friend Marcello Palozzo, feeling the pull towards environmental practice both as a practitioner and a teacher I’ve ended up moving to Vienna for 6 months to study in person joining Marcello’s group in Vienna. My studies and time with Marcello was very important piece of the puzzle, that lead me to the current chapter.

Juan Rueda – becoming Uchi deshi
In May 2023 I crossed paths with Juan Rueda and I’ve been travelling the world as his Uchi deshi since. Currently I’m teaching and assisting within Khora Movement School, leading a Czech based movement community combining distant teaching and in-person gatherings according to my travels.

Here we are
Over the years my practice has become a tool, a compass to orient myself within the
uncharted, ever changing „territory“ of life we were born to without instructions to follow.
Through the most tangible and constant part of yourselves, the body, we have an opportunity
to meet ourselves, to confirm, to evolve and gain tangible experience of who we are.
I believe that practice can be whatever the student wants it to be – a tool for body
development, health improvement or a way of self-realization.
